Pick up the phone or send a direct text or message. This will get you the answers you need, saves time, and takes complicated out of the picture.
#2: Don't Try To Be A Machine - You Are A Human
Technology is amazing, it can do practically everything. The foundation of your business is probably built using many programs to manage email, social media channels, your website, to more complex software to help your teams collaborate or stay on track, and other business solutions. Working with multiple programs can become overwhelming. Why? The end user is a human, not a machine. Keeping that in mind don’t try to be a machine - you are a human. Customize and personalize your business solutions, one size does not fit all and you need to be skilled, or trained to keep up with all of this technology. Focus on what each individual does best and get support where it is needed.
#3: Networking
Networking is essential. Whether collaboration is from within or externally, make sure you have created opportunities make those connections. Networking helps you build relationships, develop and improve strategies, keep up to date with trends, and gives you access to necessary resources to expand your business.
