What are RVA's office hours?

Reliable Virtual Assistants are available 7 days a week. Since 95% of our clients are in the US a RVA is available 8 AM – 6 PM EST Monday through Friday, and 8 AM – 12 PM on Saturday. We do our best to accommodate needs of our clients from around the US and other parts of the world. We can be available outside of those times if specifically requested.

Do you have hourly rates? What do you charge for services?

RVA has hourly, weekly, monthly, and project rates. Our prices are reasonable amongst the industry. There are a variety of factors calculated into our rates. We base them on the number of staff we need for your project, the required staff skill level, the length of time, the complexity of the task, or any materials we need to complete projects. We customize plans for every client – it is tailored to meet your needs.

Would I be assigned a dedicated RVA?

Yes, you would be assigned a dedicated RVA who will be your main point of contact on regular basis. We recommend you initially spend time with your RVA and dedicate time to explain what you need to get done and how. This will help in the long run. Train them on how you want things done, unless you are not happy with your process then we can step in and guide you to other solutions.

How do I get in touch with my RVA?

You will be provided with contact details for your RVA. You will have their direct phone number, email, and can also contact them through Client Talk with-in the client portal once you have been on-boarded.

How do I sign up?

Start by calling or scheduling an appointment for a FREE consultation. We will discuss your needs and assign you a dedicated RVA that will be the best candidate for you. Once we have your details, we immediately begin to organize your support. This ensures the smoothest possible transition to our support services. On-boarding typically takes 5 to 7 business days.

Can I cancel any time?

There are no contracts - you can increase, decrease, or cancel your services any time before your next billing cycle. Just send us an email direct to your RVA and let them know about the change and we will adjust schedules accordingly.

How do I keep track of my projects?

You can log in to your client portal to track the time spent on each task in your project, or you can request a report directly from your RVA any time.

Do my hours roll over to the next month?

No, your hours do not roll over because RVA only bills for work performed.

How do I know that my business and customer details will be safe?

Confidentiality is an important part of our business at RVA. We take all security and privacy issues very seriously and always insist on the utmost professionalism from a RVA. RVA provides confidential information to staff on a need-to-know basis. In addition to this, all RVA's are required to individually sign an NDA (non disclosure agreement).

What if I am not located in the US, can RVA still help?

Yes, RVA provides services worldwide.
